Hunter Fans 52" Malden Ceiling Fan Matte Black Finish - 3 Blades, WhisperWind Motor, Handheld Remote, Indoor Use

We bought 3 of these fans. Two of them make an awful sound and cannot be used. Unfortunately our electrician took the boxes and we cannot send them back. Will never buy a Hunter fan again.

Well made, easy to install, quiet. We like the contemporary look. No wobble.

I regret purchasing these fans. I have 3 of them, and at least 1 usually has an issue -- whether its not connecting, blinking, or a strange issue like switching randomly between the 3 color options each time I turn it on. I have had to order a replacement receiver for 2 out of 3 of them, going through a cumbersome process off button combinations to reconnect each fan multiple times. Beyond the technical issues, there are unintuitive and annoying day-to-day struggles with these like the light taking a couple of seconds to boot up, or the buttons on the remote being difficult to use in the dark as they have no texture.

This is a beautiful addition to our main living room.

bought 2 of these, the finishing on these units with regards to how they line up when put together is not great. Both units metal insides were crooked, we had to use a pry tool to bend them into place so the canopy lined up. The plastic lid / cover on the bottom does not tighten securely, it feels super cheap. the positive is they do move air well and i understand you get what you pay for but these fans feel and look cheap.

Very pretty, very modern and it moves air exactly as we wanted ... softly on low but much more on high. And ... whisper quiet!

I bought this back in November and finally installed it in our bedroom yesterday. It's a major upgrade from our previous fan and looks great but there is a noticeable humming sound when the fan is on. I'm hoping it won't bother me long term since I'm rarely hanging out in our room but it is disappointing.

No more having to reach up and pull a normally too small, hard to get to chain. Now it starts up fast with a click of the remote. The Hunter Malden Style Ceiling Fan features a whisper quiet feature that really works well. You cannot hear the sound of the fan, like so many other ceiling fans, that are much too loud. Especially when you are having a meal right under it. The fan was very easy to install, and fit perfectly! I would recommend this Hunter Malden-style Ceiling Fan to anyone looking for a fan to cool off any room.

We cook a lot in our kitchen and it's always extremely hot even with running our old ceiling fan and exhaust fan. Replacing the old fan with this one made a difference beyond what we expected. It looks great and is made with quality and sturdy materials. Keep in mind this fan is not capable of adding a light kit. However, if you are like us and are not in need of the fan to also be a light source, this model is awesome.

Only downside is the light isn't super bright considering the size of my bedroom but all in all a good buy

This was much quieter than we remember fans being able to be. The install was straightforward and easy to follow along with. Since we were replacing an existing fan this went much smoother and did not have to deal with adding structural support for the fan in the ceiling. The clean and modern black looks is both noticeable and a focal point, but also blends in to the room without being an eyesore or distraction from other decorations. Remote seems to have a good range and is nice being able to adjust without having to get up and change switches on a wall. Wish I would have gotten a model with a light included but definitely a good fan if you want to get a nice breeze and airflow in a room.

I honestly couldn't be more pleased. The fan is quite but gives me plenty of air! I put it on to circulate the air if it's hot or cold. Many times all I needed here lately was the ceiling fan! No a/c just the ceiling fan. And Ive used it to circulate warm air as well. It does a fantastic job and I recommend it 100% This is a great quality by a great brand!
