What I really appreciate is that it doesn't go flat after a few nights use. I had other pillows that lose their shape quickly, but this one holds up well. It also seems to keep cool, which is great since I tend to get warm during night. I've that wake up feeling rested and without the neck I to. Overall, I would recommend giving this pillow try if you in market for a new one. It's been solid addition to my bedtime!

Easy Setup for Single Mom

I live alone with my 16 year old daughter. First, my cloud pillows came (which are FABULOUS!) The next day, my BED FRAME arrived in a long box. It was like 80lbs. I was able to carry it up 2 flights of stairs and into my bedroom with the HELP of my 16 yo daughter. The day after that, my MATTRESS arrived! I ordered a QUEEN and it weighted like 111 lbs!! My daughter and I were able to carry/ drag it up 2 flights of stairs and into my room! We are SMALL GIRLS. I was able to put the METAL BEDFRAME together by myself! But there was a part that I needed my daughter to help push the FRAME TOGETHER in order to get the screws in :) but other than that is was a BREEZE! Great instructions were included. PURPLE also included a couple tool to help screw the screws in! The mattress literally explodes open :) super easy! I was LAYING DOWN on MY NEW MATTRESS within SECONDS of opening it! IM OVERWHELMED THAT I WAS ABLE TO PUT THIS WHOLE BED TOGETHER JUST ME AND MU DAUGHTER!!!! Yay! PS.. YES! It is THE COMFIEST BED IMAGINABLE AND WORTH IT!

Very comfortable!!

After sleeping on this same mattress at my daughters, I had to have one! You get such a great sleep and awake rested!! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, and wanting to awake feeling rested without aches and pains from their mattress!

Not happy

We have been loyal Purple customers for years, but the quality has declined. Our recent purchase arrived lopsided. The warranty replacement was made in 2023 and the corners never fully expanded. We've been trying to return it for three weeks, but customer service only replies every other day with no solution. We are switching to a different brand.

7 Months Later- REGRET BUYING THIS MATTRESS

It's been 7 months since purchasing this mattress and I can honestly say I hate it. I find myself leaving bed to fall asleep on the couch instead. The mattress is beyond uncomfortable. I might as well sleep on the ground because it would feel the same.

Horrible sleep and pain

We purchased a purple mattress because our son loves his, we tried it and also loved it. Ordered exact same mattress, not the same firmness at all, continued to get firmer months later. Like sleeping on a concrete slab. Besides the firmness issue, also got a crater on top and a bulge on right side. Contacted Purple, after weeks of pictures being sent , they said there was nothing wrong with it and were not responsible for the firmness. Would never waste my money, sleep or health with this company.
