Q: Can I use this frame with an adjustable base?

  • A: Dear Customer, thank you for reaching out about your interest in our product. We recommend using our full original bed frame and slat system for optimal even weight distribution. However, if you wish to use an adjustable base, you may keep the perimeter frame and pair it with a suitable adjustable base—please ensure your adjustable base is size-compatible with our frame (especially height, as this frame is not very tall) and that it can provide sufficient, even weight support on its own to avoid unnecessary losses. Bed is sturdy but they only send 5 regular slats and 2 base slats for the whole kings size bed. Been trying to contact the company to send the full product but havent had luck.
