This lift top coffee table is designed with a lift top, which can be easily adjusted to a suitable and comfortable height to use a laptop, write or dine while sitting on the couch.

The coffee tables adopts a more sturdy and special lifting metal arm, which is more load-bearing than ordinary coffee table with lift top.

This table uses a hydraulic mechanism. When extended up, the large tabletop can hold 15kg（33lbs）, and the small tabletop can hold 10kg(22 lbs).

Q: Does the table lock in place when lifted? Or if you press down to hard will it start lowering?

A: The table locks itself when raised. Pressing down vertically on the tabletop while it's raised won't lower it; you have to push the edge to lower it.
