Directions:  Pour 250g of Mousse Mix into a bowl and add the room temperature fresh cream. Stir with an electric whisk for a few minutes to obtain an airy and soft structure. You may add any other desired flavoring to the mousse.  Pour the mousse into a cup or glass and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Net wt. 12.35 Oz.
