Worst customer service ever

This company is an absolute nightmare with customer service. We have been back and forth for weeks as the doors have cracks in them. They take forever to respond to emails and then it’s back and forth. Can you send us pictures from this angle so we do. Then can you send us pictures for this angle, etc. then it was we have to consult with the design team. Then it was we will give you $15 as an apology. We don’t want $15. We want doors that aren’t cracked. So now it’s we have to look into it. I would return the darn thing if it wasn’t mostly put together already. Yes it is my fault i did not inspect each piece before i started putting together. But they need to make it right and send us the 2 pieces that are broken. So irritated
