I bought this because I heard it's good for height growth.
The ingredients seem to be helpful for a child's height growth, but I haven't seen any significant effects. It only served as a supplement for the child, so I don't think you should expect major results. The capsules are very thin, so they seem to break easily.

We drank for three months
Three months might not be enough to see results, but that's exactly how long my 13-year-old daughter took them. We tried to get her to bed earlier, as she starts growing at 10 a.m. (growth hormone production occurs at that time). Unfortunately, they didn't help us, perhaps because she wrestles, sometimes loses weight, and often lifts heavy weights. But it was worth a try 👍

Son doesn't miss a day of Truheight
