Excellent case
I purchased this case about 2 weeks ago. It is fantastic! I love the feel of it and it provides excellent protection. Easy to install. And I'll absolutely love the hinge protector! I highly recommend this case for your device.

Does the job, not for everyday use
Case looks nice and does it's job of protecting the phone and the hinge. HOWEVER, it is not very resistant, I've been using it for around 3 months and there are several spots where the leather is cracked/peeling, as well as very noticeable discoloration around the edges, which makes it look dirty. Like I said, it protects the phone well and is very functional, but not for everyday wear if you want to maintain the aesthetic.

Terrible Design, Overpriced
I bought this and it was a mistake. The case doesn't fit well to the phone. The flap gets stuck all the time and moves the case from the phone. I'm extremely disappointed in Samsung for such a poor product design for a premium price. Samsung needs to discontinue these and go back to the drawing board. DON'T BUY.

improper fitting
quality is good but not fitting well. case slides up and down, get to see a noticeable gap between the case and top & bottom edge of the screen. volume controls get pressed and doesn't work sometimes until you readjust the case. check other cases

Can't Use It
the cover seems to be of good quality but i can't use it on my new flip 4 because it presses on my volume button and keeps it turned down to minimum. i have not communicated this with samsung yet due to the challenge of finding exactly who to talk to.

Professional case. Good for business setting.
great case that looks sharp and functions very well. other review mentions it bunches up. not a defect and we are not having that issue. i think it depends on how you use it. easy to avoid that issue imo. would recommend.

Case will not stay in position
there is bunched leather folded over the case lips which prevent the phone from seating all the way in securely. due to this, it is very easy for the phone to lift away from the case on both ends. the strap sometimes bunches up and pushes the upper case half away from the top of the phone, leaving a gap and a loose phone. also, the adhesive strips don't seem to make good contact and are very weak, adding to the instability. i added some additional transfer adhesive but it did not help. i do believe the bunched leather is the source of the problems. my z flip 3 5g leather case did not have the leather rolled over the edge and it was very secure.

Bad design.
the sliding leather strap snags and bunches up when folding. this design flaw makes it difficult to use the device as intended.
