Description

Give your dinner a delicious accompaniment with frozen Garlic Bread from market pantry™. A crusty baguette loaf has been brushed with a garlic spread for the perfect savory side. The garlic bread loaf bakes in just nine minutes for a quick option. Simply pop it in a conventional oven to get crisp garlic bread, then enjoy alongside pasta, roasted chicken or steak, or eat as a snack by cutting the loaf into slices and dipping in marinara sauce.

Directions

Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
If needed, thaw bread enough to easily separate.

Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 425F. Remove bread from package.
2. Gently separate bread halves; arrange spread side up on baking pan. Place baking pan on middle shelf of oven.
3. Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Grill
1. Remove bread from packaging and wrap in aluminum foil.
2. Place bread on grill rack. Turn frequently to avoid burning.
3. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until heated through.

Since appliances vary, these cooking instructions may need adjusting. For food safety and quality, product is fully cooked when it reaches an internal temperature of 165F. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.

    Halves don't separate easily

    The frozen halves are supposed to be separated prior to baking, but more often than not it takes a LOT of effort, usually resulting in broken apart chunks. I've never had this problem with Cole's or other brands. The flavor is otherwise fine, but this frustration makes for 2 stars.

    It’s bread I guess…couldn’t find garlic.

    We have had just about every brand of frozen garlic bread. And this one was a huge miss. No discernable flavor. Just nothing about it that was good except that it was bread. Ironically didn’t have the issue other reviewers mention about it not splitting since we made it the night we bought it so I guess it thawed a little on the way home from the store.
