Halves don't separate easily
The frozen halves are supposed to be separated prior to baking, but more often than not it takes a LOT of effort, usually resulting in broken apart chunks. I've never had this problem with Cole's or other brands. The flavor is otherwise fine, but this frustration makes for 2 stars.

Not what it use to be
Very under proofed bread. I would not sell it if I were a baker. It’s too thin. I have bought Market Pantry garlic bread for years and recently the quality has gone downhill. I won’t buy again.

Impossible to separate
I have never written a review before but this was sooo absurd I had to. It will not separate even after warming it up. It’s now a bunch of random pieces, some with the garlic butter and most without.

It’s bread I guess…couldn’t find garlic.
We have had just about every brand of frozen garlic bread. And this one was a huge miss. No discernable flavor. Just nothing about it that was good except that it was bread. Ironically didn’t have the issue other reviewers mention about it not splitting since we made it the night we bought it so I guess it thawed a little on the way home from the store.

Holy shrinkflation! My family has always enjoyed this garlic bread and in the past it has been enough to satisfy my family of 6 and then some. It is not bad enough that prices are high, now Target is misleading families with the same size packaging but a significantly smaller bread loaf. Did you think we wouldn’t notice!?

Like other reviews mentioned, it was impossible to separate the two sides. Even after leaving out as recommended, gently defrosting in microwave and using a knife the top of one side of the bread ended up ripping off. Do not recommend.
