A: No - I would buy it if it did. The only actually-sealed Neutrogena makeup removing product is the individually-wrapped wipes. It's ridiculous they don't use tamperproof seals on all products meant to contact the eye and mouth.

I used to swear by this in high school. It’s a good basic makeup remover, although I think there are much better option available on the market these days. It does take off waterproof mascara quite well, but can leave an oily residue on the eyes which may be irritating for those with sensitive eyes. No scent (that I recall). And the packaging was fine, however not ideal for traveling as it can leak.

I have sensitive skin and this was gentle in my face and didn't dry me out . I do apply twice to make sure I get everything off but works well and face feels fresh after. No strong astringent scent. Perfect packaging and affordable.

I’ve used the Neutrogena makeup remover for years now due to its ability to remove makeup without being harsh on the skin. It does well with waterproof products as well just be sure to gently shake to properly combine the oil and water based products before applying. This is a keeper and a good one to try.
