Q: Does this come with a seal on it?

A: No - I would buy it if it did. The only actually-sealed Neutrogena makeup removing product is the individually-wrapped wipes. It's ridiculous they don't use tamperproof seals on all products meant to contact the eye and mouth.

Effective product. For me it was a bit too oily for my liking. The packaging also allows it to drip all over the sides of the bottle to leave an oily residue behind. There is not really a scent. The price point makes sense! The ingredients are listed.

I am so happy to have found Neutrogena Gentle Oil-Free eye makeup remover. It makes taking off my eye makeup at the end of the day a breeze. You just shake up the bottle, close your eyes and swipe with a cotton pad. It even takes off waterproof mascara. It is gentle on the eye area and doesn’t have a greasy feel. I bought it in Argentina because we didn't have this in Brazil back then. It was a lovely and supposedly being a dupe for a high-end brand. It did the job done.
