First and last time trying this dish
Runny, scant veggies, scant meat; dish came out bland and soupy. Looked like lumpy cheese soup when done, nothing like photos. I wouldn’t serve this as a side dish, let alone a meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant to try this because frozen meals are usually pretty blah. But this pleasantly surprised me! It was tasty, had a good chicken broth taste that paired well with the chunks of chicken. I didn’t get much veggie taste, but they’re definitely in there too. The prep is easy, but it does take 75 minutes in the oven. I ate this as the main food with nothing else, but I think it would be better as a side with some more veggies and maybe chicken fingers or something else simple. As a main by itself, it did leave me wanting something else. It wasn’t spicy nor sweet - it did need a little kick of something. I would suggest some pepper and some garlic possibly salt when you make your own plate. It could really kick up the flavor and make it perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Such a convenient meal. Just pull out of the freezer and throw into the oven for a little over an hour. (Can also be cooked in the microwave) I prefer the oven so the top gets crunchy! It smells amazing while.cooking and was absolutely amazing as a weekday lunch. If I was making it for dinner I would probably pick up some rolls and maybe another veggie on the side!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first taste, I was brought back to my childhood! The creamy chicken and rice bake was reminiscent of a dish I would eat as a child and was so comforting! I was happy to see two baking methods; a quick microwave option and a longer baking option to crisp up the toppings. I utilized the oven baking method so I could achieve the crispy edges. In my household are three small children, my husband and myself. My youngest child, who can be a picky eater, enjoyed this dish more than I was expecting them to. I served our meal with bread to scoop up some of the creamy goodness. I would say that after a little while, the dish seemed to lose some flavor. There’s a decent amount of salt already in the product and I didn’t want to add more but felt that it did need a little something extra. There wasn’t much leftover after our meal so it was just enough. I would have liked to see more vegetables in the casserole so that I didn’t need to serve an extra side to my kids. Overall, a great meal for busy families who are looking for some comfort food.

Great for quickness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great to try with kids but lacked a full taste. Needed to add more cheese and seasoning. Good pieces of white meat throughout for the chicken. TEXTURE AND APPEARANCE WAS MOST PLEASING! I actually had to go buy another package but found it comes out better in the oven than microwave but still good either way if trying to have a quick 17 minute prep or in the oven for 45 mintues. Went well for the school kids and but not so much with the toddlers. Was great to have for weekend sleep over and not everyone can do pizza. The top layer gets crunchy but definitely can add more cheese and flavor.

Easy cheap meal for families

All you have to do is throw it in the oven for a hour and 15 minutes and boom it's done. It's not a quick meal but it's easy and cheap. It's very flavorful and the chicken has a good texture unlike some frozen chicken meals .would definitely buy again!

It’s a great family dinner

But they enjoyed this, It didn’t take long to cook and was the perfect temperature, unfortunately we didn’t have any leftovers left as it was all eaten up. Creamy homemade goodness
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks delicious. I’m not sure how it feeds 4.5 people. I have 3 teenagers. It could be one serving. I love that it has a nice crunchy topping on top of the creamy rice and the chunks of chicken are sizeable and REAL, not formed chicken ish stuff. I cooked it in the oven, which took 75 minutes, which seems really long for the size, but I got a lot done when I wasn’t cooking supper:).

Consequently, it proved to be quick and simple solution for our dinner. The packaging claimed it contained four servings, but two of us ate it and it was just right; splitting it among any more people would have left us short. I wouldn’t say it was incredibly delicious, but it was certainly tasty, hearty, and reasonably priced for a dinner- it really saves you in a pinch when you don’t have time to cook.
