Easy dinner for a busy family
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Stouffer's Family Chicken Enchiladas for free in exchange for my honest review from Influenster. My family really enjoyed these enchiladas, they didn't even leave leftovers for us to enjoy. The flavor of the chicken filling and the sauce was very good. And it came with rice. Just add a side dish like some Elote Corn and you've got a full meal. The price for dinner as a family of 5 was a no brainer. If you like chicken enchiladas or want to try for the first time, I recommend the Stouffer's Family meal.

Stouffer’s Children Enchiladas Review!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These enchiladas were so good! I was actually surprised that these enchiladas tasted as good as they did but they were truly good. I didn’t even need to add any seasoning and there was the perfect amount of sauce in the pan. It cooked easily and was very fresh, it even tasted better the next day.

Loaded with meat (chicken)
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Stouffer's Chicken Enchiladas was loaded with chicken! I expected it to have shredded chicken sparingly as most do, but I was impressed! The oven cook time is 60 minutes, and I uncover them for the last 5 minutes to brown really well. The taste of the rice and queso cheese was restaurant fresh!! The packaging fits perfectly for Stouffer's; I can always recognize the red box with the huge picture of the food on the front! Will I buy it again? Absolutely!! Outstanding filling meal that doesn't break the bank or time restraints!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Followed the cooking instructions and came out great a d warm all the way through. Great appearance and the enchiladas stayed rolled and did not fall apart. Taste was great. Very cheesy and rich. Rice was soft. Good meal for the family.

Easy & delicious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great last minute meal idea. It is minimal effort and it comes out tasting like a homemade meal. I made two pans and the (3 teen) kids wiped out the entire first pan in one sitting. It tastes amazing and my favorite part is the corn.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high expectations for Stouffer's Chicken Enchiladas, especially because the packaging looked very appealing and the portion size is great for sharing. The preparation process was simple and convenient, and like that it goes straight from frozen to oven without extra steps. However, the final result didn't quite match the expectations. The texture turned out softer than I prefer, and the tortillas became a bit soggy after cooking. The flavor was also more mild than expected and lacked the depth and seasoning I usually look for in enchiladas. Overall, while it's easy to prepare and works as a quick meal option, the taste and texture could definitely be improved. I appreciate the convenience, but I probably wouldn't purchase it again.

Topped with some extra cheese and sour cream! 😋 there was enough to feed my whole family which was amazing a lot of times frozen meals are not an option for me because there is not enough in one package to feed everyone.l and it gets costly having to by 2. The filing was delicious with just enough seasonings. I did find the tortillas a tad bit rubbery buy not a dealbreaker considering it’s been frozen. Taste 10/10 I would buy again.

Quick, Delicious and Easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the enchiladas by Stouffer’s for dinner tonight. I put them in my air fryer for 20 minutes on 400°. I only ended up using half the pan and will save the other half for another night. Happy with the fillings of rice and vegetables for a well-rounded meal. Quick too!

Easy weekday dinner
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made these for dinner after a long work and school day. Directions were as easy as turning on the oven and baking with lid bent. Started smelling really good throughout the house as it was getting closer to done. The cheese was bubbling goodness when I took it out. It didn’t have too much spice but had good flavors with the sauce.

Tasty Chicken Enchiladas
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Stouffers Chicken Enchiladas are really tasty. The party size comes with 8 enchiladas made with corn tortillas filled with chicken and beans over a bed of southwest flavored rice with corn and souces and topped with cheese. Each enchilada is 320 calories with 17 grams of protein. All you have to do is just put in your oven and bake it and it comes out really nice warm and delicious with melted cheese on the top.

A delicious meal that is worth the wait

Heating them in the oven half covered provided the cheese looking both nicely toasted and just melted. Needs help with seasoning

Like they had not added any seasonings whatsoever. After adding flavor into the meal, it was good. Can't say I'd buy this on my own.

Now the flavor, I wasn’t impressed at all with the flavor of it. It wasn’t bad, just not really that flavorful. But overall it is pretty easy to make on a busy week night.

Delicious corn tortillas and chicken, easy to prep
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so impressed! The corn tortillas are delicious, as is the chicken and cheese. Pretty authentic for Stouffer's. Not spicy on it's own, but I added salsa and hot sauce to make it to my taste. Set out the toppings, it's huge and great for about 2 adults and a few kids. Toss it in the oven for an hour and you are good to go!

Great portion sizes and 17 g of protein. Overall flavor and chicken were tasty. I could always use more sauce, but I’m a fan of lots of sauce always. The tortillas were soft and flavorful as well. Good option on busy nights.

I will likely still purchase in the future because it was an ease meal that 3 out of 4 members of my household enjoyed!
