Directions
Chicken needs to be fully cooked.
OVEN
1. Heat oven to 375°F.
2. Arrange up to 6 frozen chicken breasts on rimmed baking pan (line with foil for easy cleanup). Season as desired.
3. Bake 55 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. (Bake thawed chicken 40 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked.)
ELECTRIC PRESSURE COOKER (6-qt.)
1. Combine entire package frozen chicken and 1 cup water (or broth) in pot.
2. Cover, lock lid and position steam valve to seal. Select PRESSURE COOK on HIGH for 14 minutes.
3. Allow pressure to release naturally for 20 minutes then carefully turn steam valve to vent to quick release. Shred or chop chicken to use in recipes as desired. Great for sandwiches!

For food safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F as measured with a food thermometer.
Appliances may vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
To Thaw: Place in baking pan with sides and refrigerate 1 to 2 days. For best results when breading or marinating frozen chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under running water for about 1 minute.
