Q: Hi.the plastic is safe to microwave 2 cups of rice? How's the portion size? Can I heat two at same time? Or can I open it and pour on plastic.plate than microwave?

  • A: Hello. The cups are BPA-free and made to be microwaved directly. Each cup is one serving (about 4.4 oz / 125 g) of cooked rice. The package contains 2 individual cups, each cup is about 220 calories. You can microwave one for about 1 minute, or two cups together for about 1½ minutes. If you prefer, you can also empty the rice onto a microwave-safe plate or bowl and heat it that way since it’s already fully cooked. We hope this answers your question!
