The metal support on the backrest of the chair came off just after one year of purchase. I have a similar type of chair, but only this one has had issues. Looking at other reviews, it seems the overall quality is very poor.

Absolutely terrible as usual. Tells me there are 7 in stock and they’re available today I buy them and it tells me that 5 of the 7 are not here and I can’t pick up until Saturday. They need a better system and the people you speak to are not helpful.

Vinyl is so thin, if you sit on the chair it might rip! We are returning since they have arrived damaged.

All folding chairs are not alike as I found out with this one. I can not believe the 3,4 and 5 star ratings where buyers say this is a comfortable chair. This is a chair for children, not adults. The seat is 15"w X 15"d, minus the part of the depth you can sit on as the back is in the way. I bought it as an exercise chair but can't even sit on it let alone move around on it. It's not the manufacturer's fault. I should have checked on it before buying.

this chair sucks! I am +200 lbs guy and I work from home all of the time. I use this chair all of the time. the welds broke and the chair is in pieces now. one of day, it sudden broke. I ordered this chair on Oct 29 2022. I have been using this chair till last week of july.

Received several of these chairs as a wedding gift — very sturdy and good quality. Come in handy when we have guests over!

I really like this folding chair. It came in handy as an extra chair around the kitchen table for company. It’s very sturdy and attractive. The charcoal color is really nice. It’s very comfortable because of the padding on the back and the seat. I plan to buy a few more to have on hand.

I'd ordered this chair online. It arrived damaged, with the back falling apart. Within an hour of sitting on it, the legs bowed. Poor quality. I've never had a chair break in two ways the day I received it.

Lasted less than 6 months. The back support piece separated from the frame. Unusable now. Very poor quality.

Poor quality, the padding is very easy to peel off. Do not waste money on it. I bought 4 , less than one year , two are broken. The or their two dare not use them.

We purchased 5 (unboxed) chairs at two separate stores in Orlando. The chairs look lovely, but the padding in the back of the chairs has a detectable, unpleasant odor that is not present in other padded chairs previously bought. I do not recommend this product. Buyer beware!

The padding on the chair isn’t anything spectacular. It’s very uncomfortable for any period longer than a few minutes. The chair itself seems like it’s a study well built chair. Incorrect. The chair has begun breaking and bending along the points of pressure on the front two legs where it connects to the chair itself. I would recommend buying a different better built chair if you don’t want to continuously have to purchase new ones.
