This Badia ground black pepper is fantastic. Thank you target for carrying it. Badia used to only be available through restaurant supply distributors. There are several different grinds Badia makes for black pepper, but this one in particular is used by a certain famous chicken wing place in their hotter sauce varieties.

Fine, fine, fine...
One would think pepper is just pepper, but no, it really isn't. I've tried purchasing those cheap brands from discounted stores, or those high-end brands from spice stores. Let me tell you, this keeps up with the high-end brands! It is fine, fine, fine! I love this brand, I bought four! I's great for salads, ceviche and just to season anything around.
