    Good source of protein

    Perfect meal size for seniors. I don’t eat a lot and have been doing my best to get more protein. This snack is an entire meal for me, along with a protein shake.     The amount of protein in this was surprising.The taste was wonderful.Its really fresh and located in the deli.The serving size is just right for a on the go trip.I love it because its packing is bold and easy to find.Ok the texture of the ingredients aren't artificial but real meat,nuts.

    These are a great grab snack. They are filling and hit the spot. There the perfect size so you can grab it and eat it anywhere no cutting involved! I often pack these in my active teenager son's bag! He is always hungry and these hold him over to lunch or in-between track and sports!! These are a staple in our home.
