Adults w/ sensitive skin, read me.
As a 33 year old woman, I absolutely love using this lotion (and the baby wash) for myself. Over the past few months, my skin began to go through some changes and as a result, it’s a lot more sensitive than usual. Products that used to be staples in my shower and skincare routine began to irritate my skin so I decided to switch to this and I’m so glad I did. The creamy consistency is great; it’s not too thick or too thin and a little goes a long way. The scent is very light and clean, not “too powdery” like other brands. My skin stays moisturized and soft without any irritation. I know this is marketed for babies, but as an adult, I highly recommend this for us (with sensitive skin) too.

I love this item as a lotion for my sensitive skin the only issue I have is it’s manufacturing. The tops always seem to have a problem. They break off or pop off when I open them correctly as the item says it should be opened

Not fragrance free
Note that this is NOT fragrance free even though it is marketed as “hypoallergenic”. The consistency of the lotion is good, but it still caused a rash on my baby because of the fragrance. Consider other products if fragrances are an issue for you.

EXTREMELY Scented
I have a hard time believing this hypoallergenic and for sensitive skin with how extremely scented this is. It might not be as bad if it at least smelled good but the scent is absolutely awful. I can’t even use it up on myself instead of my baby it smells so bad. I would not recommended this to anyone.

Great for sensitive skin and not sticky.
I like the lotion for my 2.5 year old alot. It's doesn't break out my son sensitive Melaninated skin. However, I think it could be a bit more moisturizing. I want to try the Melanin inriching lotion but it's hard for me to find in the store along with the body wash. Overall dove baby products works best for my sons skin.

For a mom who makes sure to regularly use lotion on her babies I highly recommend DOVE! This one is a top fav to put on after bath time or even freshening them up. Smells good.

Moisturizing
I recommend dove baby products, leaves your babies skin feeling soft to touch. The texture isn’t watery, has a thick consistency to it. Rubs in easily on the skin, and doesn’t have harsh chemicals, it’s hypoallergenic so if your babies are sensitive this product will work for you!

Not runny or thick, perfect texture. Works great on my son’s eczema skin.
My toddler has eczema and this is one of the only products that doesn’t break him out! It smells lovely and feels good on the skin. It’s not too runny or thick. He loves putting it on himself, the packaging is perfect size for his little hands.

On the product description it says unscented and it has the worst lingering scent like perfume. I do not recommend this for babies at all!

Soft skin!
My toddler use to have really dry skin. It would feel like sandpaper in the winter if we didn’t apply lotion frequently. Since we started using this lotion, we haven’t had to apply lotion as often and his skin has been really soft. He even likes to help!

My first choice for my skin!
Dove is a fantastic lotion especially this specific one. It smells great, makes my skin so soft and it’s non greasy. It quickly absorbs into my skin and is very soothing. It’s also budget friendly and if you are into coupons there is usually a good one available to get and even better price!
