Q: Can you please tell me how much ginger this has per 16 oz. bottle? Ginger is safe to eat daily, but experts recommend limiting yourself to 3 to 4 grams a day (1 gram daily if you’re pregnant). Thank you.

Ginger nightmare

If you put a spoonful of this into a cup of hot water, you'd probably have a solid tea. That would be the only way to drink this abomination. Otherwise it just taste like straight 100% ginger juice. NOT GOOD AT ALL. Not to mention the stomach upset from even a little bit of this. Love the other flavors, but if it says ginger AT ALL do not buy it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exceptional is the word I like to use for the Ginger Lemon Kombucha. This is one of my favorite drinks of all major brands of Kombucha. I cannot say enough good things about this. It has a perfect blend. Now if you are the type of person that does not mix the bottle right away during drinking- the last 1/4 bottle has the sentiment of exceptional ginger lemon where if you place that in a glass - that remaining amount -is something that warms your heart and soul after a hard day at work. Thank you for creating this wonderful staple in your collection

Life Changer

I didn’t go #2 for like 1 whole week or more (for years!), but I’ve been drinking 4 oz of the Ginger Lemon since February and have been going every day without diarrhea or constipation (which was constant in my life). Also, I was sick with a cold or something in Feb & got better so much faster than I would have. Normally when I get sick, I need a steroid and antibiotic just to get rid of my sore throat and with this, I just miraculously got better. This may sound like it’s not even real, but it has made a huge difference in my life! This flavor is better to me than the others bc it has a slight burn to it, still not great tasting but kind of like a large shot.
