The only issue is when I put blue jeans on over them, my jeans fit a bit snug. I had to wear jeans the next size up. Other than the jeans issue, these are perfect.

The inside lining on the sides of the pad became sticky and uncomfortable after wearing them for a few hours. It would be very helpful if the underwear was marked front and back.

He carries his weight in his stomach so when he put the underwear on the one thing he didn’t like was how it was cut in the front near the legs. It holds a moderate amount. It would work best with someone who is slightly incontinent.

I had him to try this product for a week and it works really well. The absorbency is great and it holds odor. It also holds the daily and overnight wetness very well, preventing soiled clothing and his mattress. It is made of a lightweight material which he likes and is not a bulky fit. Although I chose XL, he probably could have worn a L, considering he is 5’7 and weighs 176, considering the material is very flexible. The size is stamped in the shape of an oval, letting him determining the front from the back. In the near future, I do see myself purchasing more of this item.
