Great buy!

Great design and relatively easy to assemble. The only downside is that the color tones on the cherry colored one we got vary a lot between legs, top and flip open door. That may not be the case with a different colored desk.

Cheap price = cheap product

The supports for the underside of the desk top where the legs are inserted are poorly designed causing the wood to split when assembled.. A replacement part would be insufficient and the entire desk has to be scrapped. To be specific a 1/4" hole is drilled in a 1/2" cheap, thin wood support - much too narrow to support the top. As usual I have not gotten a response back from Target Customer Service on what to do with the desk. The desk is 1/2 assembled and would be difficult to disassemble and place in the box to return. I have spent much too much of my valuable time already on this cheap desk.
