Great flavor, missing layer
This has become my favorite evening snack. My only complaint is that the last one I purchased was missing the 5th layer (truffles) which is my favorite layer. I ordered it as grocery pick up so I didn’t even realize until I opened it and noticed I couldn’t see the truffles on the bottom.

OMG!!! This gelato is so good. I was a fan of the Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard at Dairy queen until they discontinued it and then i found this and it's 10x better. I always finish the cup in one sitting which makes me have to double up on workouts but its so worth it.

Very disappointing
The actual product is really good, it's the packaging I have a serious problem with, I don't intend to purchase your product again until you improve the way you package it. The last time I bought one, I literally had to pry the top off with a can opener, and this was after allowing it to sit for over a half hour. It's not worth the amount I have to pay for it.

Ok taste, hard to serve all parts at one time.
While I could see from the packaging that this came in layers, it was hard to tell exactly how much was in each layer. This has mostly salted caramel gelato which is on top, an infinitesimal layer of cookies and dulche de leche, a small layer of vanilla gelato, and a few caramel truffles at the bottom. I didn't look at the bottom of the container before buying it, or I would have noticed that the truffles were only a single layer around the edge and not in the middle. The amount of each ingredient is unbalanced and it's hard to get some of each ingredient in a serving so it ended up being mostly one or two ingredients at a time rather than a sundae. They taste just OK, but it would be better to have the ingredients swirled together and more balanced.

Lids are impossible
My absolute favorite flavor. I buy this one every time. I'm going to get hurt trying to remove the lids off all flavors though. Why are the lids impossible? I have to use knives to get them off.
