and had mixed feelings about it. The broccoli and rice were actually the best part. The sauce paired well with the rice and made that part of the meal enjoyable. Unfortunately, the beef was my least favorite part of this bowl. They were a bit bland and didn't seem to have much flavor compared to the rest of the bowl. I found myself wishing the beef had been more seasoned or tender. Overall, it's a decent meal if you're in a hurry.

Coming from a frozen microwave meal, it actually has quality tasting ingredients with a firm textured rice and soft and tender beef. The thick gravy really tops it off though. Oh and for 360 calories I’m actually quite full!

The flavors were really good and weren’t too much or bland at at. The value of this product is really good you get a good size amount for the low it is at. I would recommend if you want to try something new :).

The sliced beef was tender and the broccoli had a slight crunch to it. The rice was perfect and you could taste the ginger, although it was not overpowering. The bowl of food was a perfect size.

I cannot believe how bad you guys' food is this time I got me some beef broccoli and rice and that was a nastiest tasting dinner I have ever tried to taste I think of you can't do any better than that you need to just give it up! You know dogs will eat anything they wouldn't even touch that stuff I put it down for them to eat they smelled it and walked off pretty bad huh I will not buy no more you guys' food it is so disgusting! Last week I tried the beef pot pie it has five pieces of beef in there that was so chewy that it wasn't even tasting like beef two potatoes two carrots and that was it and I wrote to you and told you how bad that was and now I try another one a dinner and if this is worse! Do you need me to come and show you guys how to cook?

The ingredients In this meal are very good. It is very easy to prepare and fast. The ratio of meat to rice is nice and the portion is just right. Definitely worth a try.

The portion seemed a little small, wasnt spicy at all. Great serving of broccoli in the meal the over all appearance of the product was good.

The portions for this are perfect for busy mom, and the ingredients are wonderful. There’s no weird frozen aftertaste to worry about, tasting super fresh!

The beef was tender enough and did not tasted rubbery, which is my biggest concern for a frozen dinners. The broccoli still has a bit of texture to it. not too mushy. The savory sauce is the best part. It is flavorful, slightly sweet and salty, the coats the rice really well. There's plenty of sauce, so the rice does not feel dry. It is a good portion size too, filling enought for lunch or for a quick dinner. Overall, it is a solic, comforting option when you want something warm and easy without ordering takeout.

I wasn’t super optimistic about it, even though I’ve liked other stuff from the brand before. Something about this one just didn’t seem promising. But it was late, I wanted something quick, and it was either this or a random chicken and rice cup… so into the microwave it went. I followed the microwave directions and didn’t add anything extra. First bite? Pretty disappointing. Not because it tasted bad, but because it barely tasted like anything. It was super bland like just enough flavor to remind you it’s food, but not enough to actually enjoy it. Also, for something called beef and broccoli, there was barely any broccoli in there, which was kind of annoying. I finished it while watching YouTube and didn’t really think twice about it, which says a lot. It’s not terrible, just very “meh.” I’d give it a 5/10. It gets the job done if you’re hungry, but it’s definitely not something I’d buy again.
