Blackout curtains are designed to completely block all light from entering the room, while room darkening curtains are designed to block most, but not all, of the light that comes into the room. Darkness

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was interested in buying blackout curtains, right before I got to try out a Victorio Printed Jacquard Grommet Top Total Blackout Curtain. Really wanted to keep most of the light out of my bedroom window, there are off white blinds in the room and every morning the room lights up. I like to sleep in when I can, so I don't mind a dark room one bit! The curtain was a lot longer than the windows in my bedroom, so I decided to turn it sideways, covered almost all 2 windows and 3/4 of another window. This blackout curtain works great at keep my room dark, I can nap perfectly fine in the middle of the day without any light keeping me awake. Definitely loving this curtain!

Total Blackout!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this curtain and I was very excited to use it. It’s not a dull black color but it keeps the light out. In Arizona the sun shines bright and these curtains helped me keep the sunlight out and essentially helps lower the bill because it keeps my room nice and cool. The design made me believe it could not possibly be a blackout curtain but when I hung it up it was a total blackout! I recommend this curtain for anyone who wants a blackout curtain but also want to keep a trendy style in your room.

Does exactly what it's supposed to!

I have trouble sleeping during the night and sometimes the only sleep I can get is during the morning or daytime. I have tried other blackout curtains that either didn't work or didn't look that great. This one is the best of both worlds! It totally blacks my bedroom out and also looks nice! Heavy light blocking curtain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This curtain is HEAVY! It has a velvet feel too it, and definitely blocks out light. Every time I buy curtains I always assume they come in a pack of 2 and I'm always let down when I get it and it's only one panel. Well I did it again, make sure you read the packaging. We got the longest one possible and it's definitely long, but does the trick. It has metal curtain rod holes that are large, the fabric is beautiful and adds a little sparkle to the room.

It works good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I dont like the pattern as much in person as i did the original picture. The quality seems to be that of a hotel curtain. Overall it's ok I'm not sure I would recommend it to my friends and family. It does keep out the light as advertised so that was a plus. I wish I would of gotten 2 though. It only came with one so it was hard to find a place in mu house where it looked okay.
