Gave it a few shots but it's always terrible. Takes a lot to melt at all, then hardens as soon as it cools off just a little. The flavor isn't too bad, but I wouldn't call this mozzarella.

Absolutely not mozzarella cheese! Disgusting!
Absolutely vile. I'm of Italian descent from NYC, and grew up with quality mozzarella. I have no idea what this stuff is but it is doesn't even taste like cheese of any kind. It is bland, doesn't melt and it's a weird color. I like most Good and Gather products but their cheeses are disgusting! I wouldn't eat this if it were free!

Super Wrong
Doesn't seem to be cheese! We made pizza and it didn't melt! After 20 minutes in a 425 degree oven it barely changed shape! It also made us feel extremely bloated and the taste was really off.
