A: Yes, I am a 16 year old and took it just fine. Just be aware of the 30g of ginger and black pepper.m at the bottom.

These shots are the best supplement to give colds /flu the boot. After one and plenty of fluids, the next day there’s a huge difference. Put aside it IS spicy due to the ingredients, that’s natural. Just drink water behind it. Nothing that tastes good ever made you better.

A punch to the throat lol the ginger is really strong so it has a spicy taste. Definitely felt alive after taking it. Not a wellness shot person but decided to try, if I’m feeling low energy this will definitely be something I will purchase again.

Won't open!!!!
I purchased a bottle of this on several occasions at different grocers. They both have this in common: you can't twist the cap off to save your life to drink it. I'm not happy with this, as your shots are expensive. I asked several men if they could open them and they couldn't open them either. I have tried one bottle and I loved it. But the last 2 purchases were a bust. Please make wider, easier caps to open.

The absolute BEST
I have been taking the Immunity Boost shots for a while now and absolutely LOVE them. I have a 1 year old that is in day care and the sickness during the fall/winter time is crazy. I would always catch whatever sickness she brought home with her. After starting to take the Immunity Boost shots, I have been able to stay healthy even during prime sick time. The taste can be strong at first but now I honestly enjoy it!

Side effect of dirreah
It's to spicy when you swallow and gave me dirreah but it helped with inflammation
