Both bottles black now
I have been using this for years but now both bottles are black🤦♀️ when you have shampoo on your hair and reach for conditioner can’t tell which one is which! Conditioner was in white bottle, and shampoo in black. Now both black! Change back or just make easier to read. Too small with shampoo in eyes.

Hate the new formula
I am very sad that tresemme decided to change their formula and put heat protectant in everything. I have been using tresseme for years because I loved how soft and clean my hair would feel and I'm very sensitive to smells in my hair and the scent was amazing. This new formula has dried out my hair and smells awful. I don't need the heat protectant in my shampoo and conditioner because I let my hair air dry. Please don't fix things that aren't broken!!! I sincerely wish you would give customers the option of the old formula.

AWFUL!!!!
This has been my go to shampoo since I was a kid. I have never used anything else. But I was extremely disappointed and angry when after buying a new bottle I discovered they changed the smell. It’s way too overpowering and smells like mosquito repellent. It’s absolutely disgusting. It gave me a headache from having to smell it on my hair all night. Now I’m forced to find a new shampoo for the first time in over 20 years. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE OLD SCENT!!!!!

I used to love this product. It made it so easy to manage my long thin hair. But the new version isn't as good, doesn't work as good and the new smell of it is way to over powering. Theres a saying IF IT AINT BROKE DO FIX IT.

Great for dry hair
Really surprised by how much I love this. My hair was dry for months and this is very hydrating. Paraben free. Scent is good. Worth the money. Packaging is fine but the plastic is not very thick and was misshapen. The bottle is fine in the shower if you keep it upright.

Bottles Have Weird Chemical Smell Now
I've been happily using this shampoo and conditioner for many years, but the last couple of bottles I've bought have a terrible chemical smell that burns my nose. The product itself smells fine, it seems to be coming from the bottle. That was never the case before. I'm probably going to have to change to a different brand, because I don't like the idea of whatever is making that smell getting on my scalp.
