Not for me
This made my skin really sensitive and gave me dry, red, itchy, painful patches on my forehead. I switched back to Vanicream face cleanser. Unfortunately, I am not sure what ingredient(s) I am sensitive to in this.

USED To be my holy grail
Why does neutrogena insist on constantly reformulating the Ultra Gentle Daily Cleanser (foaming formula)? I have used this, exclusively, as my face wash for soooo many years but, with the last reformulation, many years of happy skin have come to an abrupt end. Something about the new formulation gives me those big, hard, under-the-skin acne bumps that I haven't had since before using the OLD Neutrogena UGDC. needless to say, I am currently looking for a new holy grail face wash and have discontinued use of neutrogena's new formulation with cica. goodbye neutrogena. it was great until you messed it up!

I've used this product for Many, many years... love it! But... my last purchase has a new type of dispenser: H O R R I B L E. did I say... H O R R I B L E. The little top that you press to dispense the product comes off VERY, VERY, VERY easily - EVERY time i use it. say what? this is a pain in the butt. after a week of annoyance, i fortunately thought to check my recycle bin - and lo and behold: the old bottle was still there. hallelujah!!!

So disappointed.
Neutrogena once again changed a formula that is supposed to be for sensitive skin. This new foaming formula with CICA is terrible, my skin is dry and tight and irritated, and my acne is coming back. The bottle pump also broke with the first use. Super disappointed. Bring back the formula WITHOUT CICA!

My skin cleared up in a week with this cleaner. I had tried so many cleansers, many very expensive. I have used this for at least 15 years now. wash in am and pm results in zero breakouts. If I miss a day then bam, there they are. I highly recommend!

Best cleanser ever!
I am a fan of neutrogena product specifically this daily cleanser. My skin is so sensitive but with this product it doesn’t get irritated. I like the light texture of the product leaving my skin feels very fresh and clean. I usually use it after removing the makeup and before applying the moisturizer so my skin is ready to absorbs the moisturizer from neutrogena that I like to use. Great and exactly the point.

I use both the cleanser and the moisturizer together and extremely satisfied finally. Spent years trying to find the best product for my skin and not break the bank too! Leaves my face feeling clean first thing in the morning and last chore of the night. Highly recommend to anyone!!

I BOUGHT THIS A FEW WEEKS AGO. tHE FORMULA APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN CHANGED. iT IS WATERY AND DOESN'T FOAM BECAUSE IT MOSTLY SLIPS THROUGH MY FINGERS AS I TRY TO GET IT TO FOAM. I'VE BEEN BUYING THIS FORMULA FOR SEVERAL YEARS, AND THIS WILL BE MY LAST BOTTLE.
