These are my go-to women’s multi! I’ve tried so many different brands but Ollys ultra strength is truly the only vitamins that I can FEEL makes a difference in both my energy levels and overall wellness. The liquid gels are tiny and easy to swallow, you can take with or without food and it’s never caused any stomach upset or nausea like some other brands. I struggle with P.O.T.S and some other health issues that cause brain fog and extreme fatigue and these vitamins really make a difference!

I have been working on feeling better emotionally without heavy antidepressants. These are not the equivalent, but that’s a good thing. They work. I have been going through an unbelievably difficult time, I am a 52 yo female who has clinical depression and anxiety. What these have done is give my body a reprieve from the intense side effects of both taking anti depressants and titrating off of them. I have Meniers’ disease as well, so supplements can be really mess me up. These are excellent. I’m very grateful tbh.

The vitamins are easy to swallow and although I've had no issues while taking them, I opened the bottle today and found black spots on 3 of the soft gels. I've only had this bottle for a few months and it doesn't expire until 2025 (see pic). I've kept the bottle inside the house so it's not from heat. No idea what it is but I'm throwing the rest away. It's a shame because I liked them.

Took the womens multi with omega 3. Everytime intook this ended with me having a headache. I took them with a meal and plenty of water. Would not recommend. The day I didn't take any no headaches.

I wouldn’t say that they make me feel any different, but they have good ingredients, easy to swallow, and omegas. Downside is they are a touch pricey considering you take two a day. I rather these than the gummy’s.

The packaging on this item is just not it. I’m 31 so I can’t imagine gifting this to my mother. It looks great but functionally it does not work. The top comes off. The lid is hard to open and the wrapper slides off when trying to open. I switched from the gummies to this because I kept getting cavities. I don’t eat a lot of candy and brush daily. It could be a coincidence or something else but ultimately not a risk I’m willing to take daily. I will be switching again due to the lid.
