Gave me horrible stomach issues for months. Sent me to the doctor, getting many labs drawn and referral’s to GI doc. I didn’t figure it out for a while but the issues persisted for a bit even after I stopped.

Caused Horrible Acne
Used for less than a month. Caused massive, deep surfaced, painful pimples in my face that left acne scars and marks without any picking. I’m not acne prone. Never had this happen in a vitamin before. I loved them because they were soft gels. I have about 8 scars and spots on my face now. Discontinued. ☹️ no more acne since stopping.

These are only good for providing energy but as far as the health benefits not so much. Caused me to have irregular bowel movements and I’m someone that eats healthy along with lots of vegetables. The iron and calcium in these probably caused that issue but these vitamins just didn’t make me feel any difference besides a slight increase in energy. Not worth the headache or trouble, look for another multivitamin.

got this and the gummies (sometimes soldout at the store). but according to my blood work up, did help in increasing my vitamin d numbers. added the gummy worms too cause doc said i need to increase amount of vitamin d intake still.

Not tiny or easy to swallow.
I just purchased this team today and my main reason for purchasing is because it had a lot of the vitamins I was needing (including iron) and previous reviews said they were “tiny”. They are NOT tiny and if you struggle with pills they are still not easy to swallow.

Love these multi vitamins! But I had to stop.My only problem is why are you guys still adding Carmin coloring? Basically crushed up bugs is really gross I think there was a time when you guys made the switch to beet coloring instead if I’m not mistaken. Please get rid of the carmine coloring

The best women’s multi!
These are my go-to women’s multi! I’ve tried so many different brands but Ollys ultra strength is truly the only vitamins that I can FEEL makes a difference in both my energy levels and overall wellness. The liquid gels are tiny and easy to swallow, you can take with or without food and it’s never caused any stomach upset or nausea like some other brands. I struggle with P.O.T.S and some other health issues that cause brain fog and extreme fatigue and these vitamins really make a difference!

I have been working on feeling better emotionally without heavy antidepressants. These are not the equivalent, but that’s a good thing. They work. I have been going through an unbelievably difficult time, I am a 52 yo female who has clinical depression and anxiety. What these have done is give my body a reprieve from the intense side effects of both taking anti depressants and titrating off of them. I have Meniers’ disease as well, so supplements can be really mess me up. These are excellent. I’m very grateful tbh.

Black spots on soft gels
The vitamins are easy to swallow and although I've had no issues while taking them, I opened the bottle today and found black spots on 3 of the soft gels. I've only had this bottle for a few months and it doesn't expire until 2025 (see pic). I've kept the bottle inside the house so it's not from heat. No idea what it is but I'm throwing the rest away. It's a shame because I liked them.
