Frozen with no preservatives, the sprouts are also an excellent source of vitamin C. Simply toss the bag in the microwave and serve as is or dressed with butter, salt or your favorite seasoning for a tasty side dish that's sure to hit the spot.

Directions
Needs to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare.
For food safety, cook to 165°F until hot throughout. Appliances may vary; adjust cooking time accordingly.
Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately.
Microwave
Do not puncture or open before microwaving.
1. Place unopened bag THIS SIDE UP in microwave oven. Evenly distribute vegetables inside.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes or until hot.**
3. Let stand 1 minute. Bag will be hot; lift from corners. Open carefully.
**Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
Stovetop
1. Combine Brussels sprouts and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a full boil over HIGH heat; cover.
2. Reduce heat and boil for 3 to 4 minutes or until hot thoroughout, stirring frequently.
3. Drain. Season to taste."

The 12 oz pack is very convenient for a family of 2. My wife loves these, I don’t, but that’s nothing to say about the quality. I just don’t like Brussel sprouts. This is her go-to for them though.

These were gross. Bought less than a week ago, went directly into the freezer and cooked them tonight. Tasted like mold and many of the sprouts were not trimmed properly and had dirt on them. Sadly, went to the trash.

I’m kind of disappointed in these brussels sprouts. I really love the frozen vegetables from Target Good & Gather brand and don’t usually have many issues with them, but these were just kind of dirty at the bottoms like they weren’t well cleaned. It’s really sad because a lot of their other vegetables are super tasty.
