Q: How do you open this item? I threw out the box which probably had directions. I've twisted clockwise and counterclockwise without success. I pulled straight up but was afraid I would break the pump

A: Thank you for asking about our Extra Fresh Body Wash. We'd suggest unscrewing the cap to see if the tube has disconnected from the pump. You can also try holding the tube under warm water to clear any product that has dried in that area . We hope this helps!

My son has ezcema and his skin is doing great with this body wash - so it is clearly gently and moisturizing - yet also strong enough to handle a preteen boy! haha! I recommend!

New formula feels weird, and new scent is bad
Apparently they changed the formula sometime in the last year and this new formula feels like it leaves a weird film on your skin. The scent has also changed and is no longer anything close to what it used to be, and is now much more floral and cucumber heavy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great for both my body and face. It has a nice and refreshing "green" scent that reminds me a bit of Irish spring but less soapy smelling and it also has just a hint of sweetness. It also has just a bit of mint/menthol so It leaves a bit of a cool and refreshing feeling after use and leaves me feeling energized. It also produces a nice lather so you don't need to use much to clean your whole body.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel this body was cleans my body well. I do feel afterwards that my skin feels pretty nourished and moisturized. The scent out of the container smelled really good, but while I lathered it on me, the scent was not as strong. I also have a vary faint smell on my body of the was while out of the shower. I do wish it would a tad more stronger. It also took a little bit more to lather up then I would of liked it.
