Q: How do I open this? I’m struggling to get this to pump.
A: Hi, thank you for reaching out to Dr. Bronner's! We are very sorry to hear about your experience with our lotion's pump, as we can assure you that this is not common. A trick that usually helps when opening our pumps is applying downward pressure on the pump head down as you twist in the indicated "open" direction. Sometimes it can take a bit more pressure than you would expect, but this should disengage the pump lock. However, if this does not work, we would be more than happy to take a further look into your specific bottle by reaching out to us directly. Should you have any future questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
