Q: How do I open this? I’m struggling to get this to pump.

A trick that usually helps when opening our pumps is applying downward pressure on the pump head down as you twist in the indicated "open" direction. Sometimes it can take a bit more pressure than you would expect, but this should disengage the pump lock. Dont think for a second that you are getting anything like the B&B Moisturizer. This is a runny mess. Its very similar to the body lotion. I'ts hard to distinguish the two. I have relaxed short hair and it made my hair "crunchy", Can't imagine what it will do to natural hair. Not a souffle' or "pudding" like emolientcy. I'm going to stick with the soaps.

My parents said they use this brand and it works very well for their skin. I bought it and at first it was nice and smelled good but after a couple days of using it, the lotion dried my skin out and made me itch everywhere and had dry spots on my elbows.

I also use the peppermint this is the first time for the lavender. It’s nice too. Smells great , has that refreshing tingle and works great on skin, rashes, and bug bites.

How many hand lotions have you tried? I’ve probably tried hundreds in my lifetime. Dr. Bronner’s is without a doubt the best on the market. It passes the “Yuka” test as 100% excellent all around. Perfect consistency— soft silky and not sticky. It’s divine.
