Kensington Hill Diana Wood and Red Upholstered Accent Chair

I have never purchased anything that is as difficult to assemble as this chair. You may as well not have included the confusing instructions. Furthermore. Whoever came up with the sideways screw through to attach the seat to the back of the chair which I have not been able to successfully do despite trying for over an hour you should never design anything ever again. Nothing should be this difficult. Why will the screw not go in the hole

I gave it 3 stars because once it is assembled it was exactly what I needed and of course beautiful. But the assembly is where it really fell short.. it was not as simple as described In the other reviews. It lacked all the bored holes required for assembly and it took an electrical engineer 4 hours straight to assemble to specifications. He had to employ a drill to add diagonal holes and widen some of the holes that were there, enabling the screws to fit. So if your part carpenter and assembly engineer and want to tackle this chair?.by all means be my guest.

The two chairs I bought on sale, are very beautiful and coordinates very well in my living room. The quality is very, very good and I could not find any defects, also is solid wood and the fabric is a very good quality. On the other hand, I want to say that I’m a 72 years old woman and I have some experience assembling different type of furnitures and toys for my grandchildren, but assembling this chairs was very easy. The explanation was very good and after following the instruction the assemble was a breeze. If you like the style, buy it with confidence, you are not going to be disappointed.

I am sitting in it as I type this. Love this chair and it is extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend it.

The pieces to cover the screws was not included with the chair otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

This is a lovely chair. It is very comfortable and nicely made. Looks as though it cost much more.
