I’m so sad. I love the look of these barstools. I only bought one to first see if I’d like them. I am happy that it came with major scratches and chips in the wood because it allowed me to see that they are not made to last. I took my fingernails and with a tad bit of pressure stroke them across the material and it made a very visible dent right away. These will be ruined within the first month of having them due my 4 children and neighborhood kids. They really are cute. Wish so badly they’d work out. Why aren’t things made to last anymore?!?!

Love these stools!!!! I typically don’t write reviews, but I always read them. These stools were worth a write-up. Packaged well, sturdy and very easy to assemble. My only suggestion is to take off the bottom sliders, and replace with felt pads. They are very slippery, my kids almost biffed.

I ordered two, one had a very noticeable chipped gouge along the seat edge, and a small visible screw hole in the wood; the second stool wobbled with uneven legs and you could not switch/alternate legs due to the assembly. Very good deal, but definitely make sure you get a perfect stool.
