Unexpectedly Delicious!
Honestly I expected this pizza to be passable and healthy, but good gracious it was scrumptious! Crisping so nicely and no skimping on cheese or sauce- even the gluten free crust was yummy! I will say, the second time I had this pepperoni pizza, the microwave time was off, but I think that was just the microwave at my job being weaker than my home microwave as I haven’t had issues since then.

Do Not Waste Money on This
Tried this instead of Lean Cuisine Pepperoni Pizzas because they were out of stock. Tried Cauliflower Crust pizzas before. Couldn't heat it in oven. Cheese melted all over the place. 4 pieces of pepperoni were leatherly. Pizza sauce did not taste good. Do not reccommend wasting money on tiny pizza that is not good like other frozen pizzas.

Soft soggy flavorless
Tried the cheese, chicken and combo ones. Combo because curbside gave me that in error instead of pepperoni. To microwave them, they are soft soggy. Not wet soggy. They are bland, except the sausage. That sausage tastes like the cheapie frozen food sausage. The sauce has no flavor, the cheese doesn't either. So odd. The toppings are skimpy. Really, like 5 teeni scraps of chicken! The box is supposed to turn into a heating, silver thing for the microwave. What a joke. Really poor quality, lack of taste and flavor, each one inconsistent and super overpriced.

Epic fail!!
I got this since lean cuisine no longer has the Life Cuisine cauliflower pizza. Welp, I just made it in my air fryer and what a disaster!! First the pepperonis kept flying off the pizza and then when completed it was soooo soggy in the middle...bleh!! I just threw it out, didn't look appetizing at all...boo! I wish the Life Cuisine cauliflower pizza was still available because making it in the oven was always perfection!

There was just the right amount cheese and it was easy to pop into the microwave and done in minutes. Rebranded
This used to be the Life Cuisine brand which I loved. It was recently rebranded and now doesn’t come with oven directions, only microwave or air fryer directions. I cooked mine in the air fryer and half of it burned while the other half remained underdone. Maybe it’s just my air fryer. Also, the pepperoni kept flying off the top of the pizza. The results were not as good as the ones that I used to bake in the oven, so next time I will try using the old instructions and see how they work. I’m not sure if anything else changed, except the branding, but to me this pizza didn’t taste the same as it used to. That might be just because of the different preparation method, though, so I’ll try it again. I feel like there was a little more spice to the sauce before, but that might be my imagination. I wish they had just not messed with a good thing, because I really really loved the Life Cuisine pizzas.

Pretty good in taste, annoying prep
The flavor was really good (and satisfying!), but a small-ish 8" pie! I cooked in the microwave for 3min and could've done less. Next time will try 2min 45sec so that the cheese doesn't melt off the paper box stand. I would have tried to air fry it, but it didn't seem like it'd fit in my round vs shelf unit. Even though it's a cauliflower crust, really couldn't taste it. The texture was sort of mushy having been overcooked a tad, but still solidly redeemable. Careful of overcooking if microwaving!
