Saddened and disappointed.
I have been using Black Opal, the nutmeg foundation for as long as I can remember and it's been the only foundation that truly matches my completion. It's so sad to walk into the stores that I usually buy from only to be told they are no longer carrying this shade and very soon will stop carrying the brand all together. So I came to your official website only to see that the product is out of stock just like the stores. I hope you guys will bring back this shade soon and especially seeing that alot of stores are not offering to sell black opal anymore, buying directly from the source seems like a great idea economically. ALL black sister and the brand benefit directly and greatly.

This shade has been out in almost a year. I have a lot of my friends and family who share my complexion have been loyal customers for over 20 years. This is the only brand that has gotten my complexion down to the T. I am sure that a lot of my dark skin sisters that use this shade are dissapointed too. It is very difficult for people of my complexion to find a perfect match in a perfect product. Please restock. 🙏 This is unfair and disappointing.

Perfect Color Match!
During different seasons and depending on the weather, I usually use this powder perfecting foundation or the even true foundation in Hazelnut & Carob and its a beautiful match! Easily the best (of lower & higher priced) foundation for darker hued girls, HAND DOWN (IMO) and I've tried lots! Only issue I have is the having to blot several times a day, but I think I will just need to find a better finishing powder &/or setting spray to fix that because BO's finishing powders aren't doing it for me.

I do like this but disappointed the label is a misrepresentation. Call it a creme to powder, just like the other foundation compact labeled creme to powder, cause thats what this is. It's not an actual powder foundation which is what I was looking for.

I have been using Black Opal foundation and finishing powder for a many years but am a little disappointed with the new packaging of the foundation the mirror and foundation in two different places, have to close and open to use and apply.....

Not only does this foundation cater to a wide variety of skin tones, but it really does keep my skin matte! It has a natural finish, and my skin stayed largely oil free over the course of a few hours. I think this one is a keeper.

Not happy with the change.Texture & shade was off.Sponge seemed cheap. Beautiful bronze has been my color for years. Disappointed that I have to find a new product. Hoping I can find the old version. Its just not the same.

I only wear powder foundations, that's why I purchased this one, so imagine my surprise when I realized this is a matte, dry cream! But guess what? I love it! I've never had a foundation match my skin so perfectly! It's lightweight just like a powder.

I was given this product by a friend when I first started using makeup and it was an amazing product but for beginners. This foundation makes my skin really ashy looking and it makes it dry. I think product is great for beginners but beginners only.

I never ever use anything on my skin, except vaseline, i have dry skin. But i have dark circles under my eyes so was looking for coverage. I tried this for the first time and I LOVE IT. Never found something that matches my skin this much. It doesn't look like im wearing anything, looks natural thats what I want. I want this forever now lol. I use Heavenly Honey.

I recently re-discovered this in my makeup stash. I never stopped liking it, just wanted to try something different and forgot I even had this. It gives great coverage and is very long-lasting. I do have to blot a little midday, but no more than I've done with foundations costing 4 times as much that are supposedly for oily skin. This is definitely going back into the rotation!
