Horribly uncomfortable

Ooof, literally THE most uncomfortable chair I have ever used. Hard, small seat despite having measurements, not for people probably past a size 6. Way tall, my feet don't even touch the floor even on the shortest setting. Appears to be higher backed but it's not even mid-back.

Disappointment especially for the price!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. We ordered this item twice, and both times it came damaged in the same exact spots - either at the seams or near the seams of the arms, there's a metal piece that causes the fabric to rip. Also, the seat is not padded enough, it is really hard and uncomfortable for sitting, if required for more than a very short period of time.
