Horrendous customer service
Purchased online 12/31/23. The top with drawer come already assembled. I assembled the sides and other drawers and then discovered the top long drawer was broke, also 1 slide for a side drawer was damaged and missing some of ball bearings. I contacted target on Jan 8. Was told to call the manufactor, called them was told to call target for a replacement. Called target back they wanted the desk returned through mail, not in store. Since it was assembled and un able to be put back into the original box they would send a carrier to pick it up and I was told once the carrier had possession of the item I would be sent a new one along with a credit for my troubles. I was sent a email with my case/waybill number that I was to respond to once the item was picked up. I was contacted a few days later by the carrier that scheduled a pick up with a time window of 10am-2pm. They never showed up. On Jan 19th I received a text to call to schedule a pick up. I did and it was scheduled for Jan 24th. They did pick it up though the driver was incredibly rude. I responded to the original return email on Jan 24th stating the item had been picked up. As of today 2/1/24 I have not received a response to that email, a credit, a refund or the new item. I called target today after stating my issues multiple times to mutilpe people and being on hold for nearly 20 min the phone was picked up and I was hung up on. Called again and went thru the same explanation process though this time was told I would be getting a refund. That is yet to be determined. The desk it self is extremely nice, well built, sturdy and beautiful. I know you run the risk of factory or shipping damage with put together furniture when shopping online but having such good experiences with target I figured if something bad were to happened Target would be easy to work with. I was wrong and will take my business else where, that is if I actually get my money back.

perfect desk
This is the perfect desk for working from home. There is enough storage and work surface for plenty of projects. It was easy to assemble too.
