This frozen fruit mix is a delicious combo of pineapple and dragon fruit chunks, along with frozen cubes of blended passion fruit juice and mango puree. To Thaw
Keep frozen until ready to use. Remove amount needed and return remainder to freezer. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Room Temperature
Place frozen fruit in shallow bowl at room temperature for 30 to 60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Fruit is best when served slightly frozen.
Microwave
Place frozen fruit in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on DEFROST (30% power) for 1 minute; stir. DEFROST in additional 30-second intervals as needed.
For baking
Use fruit while frozen. DO NOT THAW.

You can actually reach in and pick out the passionfruit, the dragon fruit and of course the pineapple and I have done that with adding this to plain water to flavor it. But my favorite way to use this is in a shake with egg whites, almond milk, and Chia seeds.

This is literally the best smoothie blend EVER. I also use the mixed berry blend, add some bananas, coconut/almond milk and use a fresh pressed apple juice base. Creates a flavor you’ll never get at the expensive smoothie places and with both bags you wind up with 4 of the smoothies you typically pay 8 bucks just to get 1 of. I just wish they’d offer a bigger bag or slash this down to like 3 bucks, but regardless I’m still buying it!!
