A: It has 4 ties that you can tie it to the frame with and the head rest part of the cushion has a piece that fits over the back of the head rest of the chair.

Directions are terrible

I cannot figure out why there is plastic in the openings of the frame so the pieces don’t slide into each other! Do I remove it??also, it’s scratched on the outside of one rung . Directions suck
