So good… You can have instant bacon without smelling up your kitchen or having to degrease. A BLT in the time it takes to make a piece of toast. Don't be fooled by the light weight… It actually has several servings. Really good flavor. 10 seconds heat a slice!

Kind of annoyed by the people complaining about consistency issues from package to package. Um…kind of hard to make two pigs exactly the same. I see this same issue with literally EVERY brand of bacon that I’ve bought over the years. Yes it’s annoying, but that’s life. ANYWAY. I’m genuinely pleased with this product. I buy it quite often and like it much better than the name brand version (which usually has a lot of fatty portions that don’t cook up well in the microwave). This one is generally a bit leaner, and not so salty. It’s perfect for topping avocado toast, crumbling on a salad or whipping up quick BLTs- my son and I use it often. He actually prefers this bacon for BLTs versus the stuff we cook ourselves because this one has a nice chew to it and doesn’t crumble. It’s a little pricey but worth it for the convenience when time is a crunch.

I am what one might call a bacon addict. Good for my health, I know. Anyway, we made a last minute decision to turn our basic grilled burgers into bacon/avocado/swiss burgers after finding this stuff. It microwaved up quickly, but the middle-most pieces did get a little overdone. I might've rotated them had I known this could happen so quickly. Anyway, they worked out fine - nice and crispy. Minus one star because the taste was a bit lackluster. Less one more because its pricey for what it is. Great, if you don't have regular bacon, or the time to cook it properly.
