    These are solid chairs, and a nicely sized. They are easy to assemble. Be careful if you purchase white, though. They are NOT white. They\'re more of an off-white color and they\'re also distressed.

    I returned these chairs. It was so disappointing to open the box and find the finish was highly distressed. The description does not mention this and the photos do not look like the finish is distressed. I needed 2 white chairs to mix and match styles with chairs I currently have. But the distressed finish was a no go for me. If the description had mentioned the finish was distressed I would not have ordered them. For that reason I give 4 stars. I loved the style of the chairs, the sturdiness, solid wood, and it was a great price. The finish was not what I wanted or expected.

    Very Sturdy!

    I bought 6 of these chairs, we love them! took about 20 minutes per chair to assemble, not hard just tedious. The chairs are very sturdy and the material seems to be of good quality. I was excited to see that the color was like the photo and all 3 boxes where the same, no shade variance or anything that looked off. I would definitely recommend!

    Nice chairs

    Lovely color, exactly what I was looking for. Pretty easy to construct except that using a hex key is annoying because you can only turn it half a turn because the frame of the chair is in the way. Would be nice to come up with a small screwdriver with a hex end to use instead. Only complaint is one chair set perfectly on the floor the second chair the front left leg in the back right leg are shorter or a skew and so the chair rocks back and forth and I had to find pads to put underneath those feet to keep it from doing so but this is noticeable. My only other option is to cut a tiny piece off the other two legs but then that makes one chair lower than the other so I haven't quite decided how I'm going to address that. It's probably because the screw holes didn't line up properly on that chair.

    Solid chairs

    Solid, inexpensive chairs with a good double-X back. Easily assembled. The worst part is the faux distressing as they\'re all distressed in exactly the same places rather than being different. We\'ll probably repaint them at some point, but for the moment they save having to move chairs upstairs/downstairs every time we have guests over.

    almost exact match to our 2nd hand Ashley set

    WE have a large family and needed more chairs as younger kiddos moved out of highchair stages.. These are a slight shade darker than our Ashley Sage crossback chairs ( we found those at a Restore) for the price they are great! They actual seem to keep their little hex screws in better than the ashley chairs do.. ( the Ashley ones constantly need retightened) Have had these almost 2 months and so far we are very satisfied with them.

    Beautiful chairs, a few difficulties along the way

    Assembly of these chairs required installing 9 bolts, which sometimes went in easily and sometimes took a lot of cranking. One set of 2 chairs had the wrong bolts sent in the packaging and the seller did send me the right bolts via UPS. I sent a photo so anyone can see what they look like next to my pecan stained oak table and my light hickory flooring. All the wood parts arrived in good condition. One chair wobbled after I put it together, but that was my bad. I stuck the back on a bit crooked. If one wobbles after assembly, you just need to take it apart and put it back straight. The chairs don't come with any foot pads to keep the floor from getting scratched, so I purchased those separately.

    Really heavy chairs. Quality seems good but bolts are cheap and strip easily. I'd send them back but they are so heavy I had to have help bringing box in house. 2 to a box.

    I needed a set of REAL wood chairs for my kitchen table instead of the rubberwood framed chairs I'd originally purchased. I'd had the rubberwood chairs for about 2 years before one of the frames broke completely through on the back portion of the chair. It's a shame because those chairs were very comfortable but I needed something I wouldn't need to replace as quickly. These new chairs are great. Assembly was quick and painless, they are very sturdy and the color goes great with my other decor. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for sturdy chairs made of real wood.
