These undershirts are designed to have a close, comfortable fit, and since they're ribbed and moisture-wicking, they offer some stretch without feeling too tight. Going one size down (to XL) might make the fit too snug, especially around the chest and shoulders. However, if you prefer a tighter, more compressive fit, you could consider sizing down, but in general, sticking with your usual size is the safest choice.

He also said that although they are cooling they are extremely thin and see through. He also said they are a bit rough and scratchy. He would not purchase these again.

I wear these daily and would highly recommend anyone who is comfortable wearing tank tops under their regular clothing. It is thin so I wouldn’t recommend wearing it by itself. I have multiple packs of the white colors and I may up my wardrobe with other colors.
