As far as delivery, ON Trac left my package at the bottom of my driveway in the dirt close to the road instead of driving up to my house and leaving it by my door. Terrible. After multiple shipping delays, this pillow came folded in a plastic target bag. Lumpy, wrinkled and unevenly filled. Not heavyweight at all. If it were not disfigured it could be ok but it’s definitely not as described online. Color, size and design are exactly what I was looking for so I gave it two stars.

I started off disappointed because of the poor packaging and the fact the pillow was coming of the box already and had dirt all over it. I reached and was told to return it, however I was to embarrassed because it looked used and was dirty. I ended up washing it and made it look even worse.

This looked beautiful online. U should’ve read the reviews. It had a small stain but the worst issue was the insert was too short by at least 6”. The material just hung sadly. I tried to unzip and fluff it out but it was still too small. It didn’t help that it was folded in 1/2 and shoved in plastic shipping bag. Even in sale at $30 it is not worth it. I returned.

I should have read the other recent reviews. This pillow isn’t worth $10, much less $50. The cover is way too big for the insert and the whole thing just looks extremely sloppy. Loose threads and totally misshapen. It will be going back.
