Poor quality

i bought this thinking it would be perfect. It came with busted parts, so I spent two weeks getting a replacement only for nearly every corner being messed up and a huge crack on the main backboard, that i didn't notice until that was the last piece being put on. I still put it all together, and with a 10 inch mattress, the backboard is only a few inches taller. I was expecting a higher back, so I was just disappointed. I could've bought a platform bed instead for cheaper with this quality. The directions also aren't clear on which way some pieces face and clear in which parts are which as some look identical only slightly smaller. I've put a ton of furniture together myself and this one was harder than usual to understand.
