Wow this is so poorly made. Where do I even start? The walking pad is useless without the remote. Pretty sure something is wrong with my remote. It’s so hard to get the speed up with the remote. The handle to lock the bar in the upright position is very finicky. It’s like the handle can’t be too far out or you can’t get it to lock. First time trying it I think it needed oil. The belt was making the walking pad stutter. Immediately back to Target. What a piece of crap for almost $300!!!

Reached out to customer service and no one has followed up to help me fix this or get a replacement. The treadmill jerks abruptly when you turn it off, extremely dangerous if you dont have something to hold on to when you stop.

I researched walking pads for weeks. I finally decided on this one. I ordered it about 3 weeks before Christmas so it came with the rush of holiday packages. As soon as I saw the box, which was left outside my front door, I knew it was damaged. Sure enough... ~sigh. Not the company's fault. I contacted them by email on December 20th because we had company and I didn't take it out of the box until they left. I sent an email to them and they responded the same day. They said they would contact me shortly via email with a tracking number and provide me with a new front panel. They also said they would extend the warranty for 6 additional months. I thought I would never hear from them again. A few days later, I got a tracking number and the part appeared about a week later. This company is amazing. Even during the holidays they were on top of it. The product itself works wonderful. I use it almost every day if I don't get my steps in doing my normal thing. I move it around myself with no problem and it takes very little room. I would buy this again if and when it breaks. You can stop researching and just get it. Good luck. :)

I decided, before opening package, that using a treadmill was probably something I wouldn't stick with. Then, I'd have yet another piece of equipment to do something with. I decided to return it. The seller was nothing but wonderfully responsive. At first, sent the return label with responsibility on me to pay for it. I contacted him about possibility of getting a prepaid label. Didn't think it would happen. Wrong. He asked for pics of it and would then send a prepaid label! Amazing! The response factor from him has been less than 24 hours each time I've emailed. Top notch seller and I'm sure the treadmill is great too. It's a nice, compact size.
