Good and Gather Gouda cheese
This Gouda cheese is described as nutty, sweet with hints of caramel on the package. While I don't taste the caramel, I do like the nutty flavor. I paired it with a plain cracker and some white wine for a nice treat. I would definitely buy again.

Small in size. Delicious in taste
Gouda is a great cheese for a charcuterie board and this one is perfect. It’s small but there’s more than enough for a decent board. The cheese slices easily and isn’t as firm as I expected. I put it in a regular saltine and it was amazing. Worth the buy I received an incentive to write this review.

5.3oz Gouda cheese piece with rind
Great tasting product fresh and great quality. Slightly disappointed on the size of the item vs the actual picture so hopefully my pics justify that. As you see the rind is dried out more than most cheeses I buy but perhaps just a little old. Very tasty especially hood on a cracker and side of avocado. I received an incentive to write this review.

Block of delicious Gouda cheese
This Gouda cheese was delicious. It was a medium sized block of cheese.I chose to shred it up and put it on top of a homemade pizza mixed with mozzarella. It would also be perfect to add to a charcuterie board with other cheeses and meats. It is a perfect, quick snack! I received an incentive to write this review.

Nice size block of cheese for a good price
This is a pretty big block of cheese for a fair price. It is aged 12 months and has a nutty, sweet and hints of caramel flavor. I had mine on crackers and it was yummy. I could see people using this and many different ways for their many different recipes . I received an incentive to write this review.

Delicious and easy to cut Gouda cheese
My wife and I are really going through this Gouda cheese. It has a simple flavor and it's not too overbearing. It pairs well with other cheeses and meats and it pairs especially well with my green olives. Easy to cut and it's easy to peel the casing on the side. I received an incentive to write this review.

I really enjoy this Gouda cheese! It has a nice buttery taste without being too salty. It was easy to open and easy to cut into little shards for my small charcuterie plate. I think it's a good size for the price and it definitely tastes like quality cheese. I received an incentive to write this review.

Aged Gouda Cheese Highly Recommended
I tried the Gouda Cheese from Good and Gather and it was really good. The texture is firm and slightly crumble. The favor is really pleasant. I used this as part of a cheese board. The flavors of the Gouda complimented the platter. I served this with a Brie, apples, pretzels, crackers, and cured meets. I would buy this again. I received an incentive to write this review.

Tasty and good to have on hand.
This Gouda 12 months aged cheese is very good. It have sour taste. At first I don't like it and I kept trying. After few pieces I think is pretty good. It can be used for parties as a appetizer along with salami and bread. It would be easy to prepare.
