My new vocabulary word describes the dissimilarity of appearance these curtains exhibit during the day compared to at night. When sunlight shines through, they are quite dull and boring, with every wrinkle visible, unlike in staged pictures online. This is likely because the material probably couldn't be any thinner. At night, with a light on in the room, these curtains are simply gorgeous; no noticeable wrinkles and they shimmer just beautifully! No way would I risk ironing a material this ridiculously thin and the wrinkle-remove cycle in my dryer didn't reduce the wrinkles. A potential problem to consider: If you have a pair on a single window and pull them together to close, you'll get one long weird mismatched tab bar across where they meet. We solved the problem by criss-crossing just those two end tabs where the pair of panels meet in the middle of the window by putting on first the one from the second panel before putting on the very last one from the first panel. By the way, we have an older curtain scarf of the same fabric material and it shimmers wrinkle-free, all the time, because the material is thicker -- even though it lets through essentially the same amount of light as these curtains. Overall, the tulip tab top is very nice but beware, if you decide to return this item to Target, in my opinion the process is a bit cumbersome to do so. We finally decided to keep ours and would have gladly paid more if they had been made in the U.S.A. with thicker better quality polyester.

These are actually BROWN, picture looks green and description says “linen” color, returned. They are a thin one piece “velour” type sheet. NOT AS SHOWN IN PICTURE. Not thick, layered, or flowing. Was pretty disappointed.
