I bought 3 packs of the bronze colored Command curtain rod hooks. The adhesive strips included do not stick. We have used a variety of Command through the years and never had a problem. Where is the quality control? I needed to get two sets of curtains installed immediately and decided to keep the hooks but I used my trusty old mini craft glue gun where the strips are to be placed. Fantastic! Those hooks are going no where. The curtain rod and curtains look great. I can remove the hooks by lifting the hook front off and then, heat up the remaing clear piece still glued to the wall with a hair dryer. A much better and secure method! I do not recommend this product if you are going to use the included adhesive strip. I do recommend the product if you use my hot glue gun metheod.

If you follow the instructions and properly clean/prepare the wall, these will revolutionize your curtain rod hanging experience. I used these on every window in my rental and they held up beautifully for 4 years. No issues with them falling off at any point. They also removed super clean, no marks or damage to the paint. For heavy curtains, I added a hook in the center of the window for additional support. But that was no surprise as weight capacity is clearly listed on the product. I used basic curtain rods (also from Target) in oil rubbed bronze and these matched perfectly.

Beware of being overcharged. The Command hooks were listed in the app and online for $7.19, but they rang up at $11.59 at the register. To make it worse, you have to physically drive back to the store for a refund because you can’t request a partial refund online. Very frustrating, and I definitely don’t appreciate being overcharged.

Should have listened to the other reviews, but I am just a girl. I wasted my money, but glad I bought it on sale. It didn't hold up my curtain rod and it was a light weight rod and a very light curtain. Would be better for holding up a hand towel or a kid's jacket. I have double sided tape, so maybe I can still use it for something else. Just please, especially you ladies who are trying to do it yourself, do not buy this for curtains/curtain rods, you'll get mad at yourself

Do not waste your money fell hours after putting up

I ordered a bunch of these to hang my curtains and not a single one of them stayed on my walls. They all fell down

Do not buy! It doesn’t stick to the wall the strips are far too weak to hold a curtain rod! I love the idea but I wasted my money!

As a single woman I thought this would have been a great way to put up my curtains. It immediately fell and felt as though there was no stick to it . I will be returning in the morning!

This was purchased to hang towels in my daughter’s dorm room it was easy to hang.

Doesn’t stick at all

These hooks were just perfect for my curtain rods. I'm so pleased. I also want to send a shout out to YouTube videos on how to correctly apply them to my wall. How long to keep pressing on both the sticky tape & hooks separately. Great Value too!
